산타크루즈에 위치한 노숙자 마을은 장애인, 노숙인, 마약 중독자, 그리고 가난한 사람들이 살 수 있도록 정부가 내어준 땅입니다. 하지만 이곳에서는 사람들이 시멘트나 돌로 집을 지을 수 없기 때문에, 대부분 길바닥이나 나무에 천막을 치고 살아가고 있습니다.

이곳 사람들은 서로를 매우 경계하며, 두려움과 배고픔 속에서 살아가고 있습니다. 릿온은 이곳에서 사역을 시작하신 선교사님을 전적으로 도와 이 노숙자 마을을 변화시키고자 합니다.

릿온을 통해, 매달 한 끼를 제공하던 사역이 이제는 매주 한 끼의 식사와 빵을 나누는 사역으로 확장되었습니다. 그리고 가장 중요한 말씀 사역도 시작되었습니다.

현지 목사님 부부께서 그 땅에 거주하시며 교회를 세우셨고, 주민들에게 말씀을 전하고 계십니다. 릿온은 이 마을의 주민들을 섬기며, 그들이 주님을 만나 삶이 변화되기를 기도하며 준비하고 있습니다.

이 사역에는 나눌 양식과 옷, 교회 개척, 성물, 아이들 교육 등 많은 지원이 필요합니다. 마을 전체를 변화시킬 수 있는 이 아름다운 사역에 함께 동참해 주시기를 부탁드립니다.

A full meal is prepared once a month and shared with the gospel. But to help them endure the hunger of the week, we hope to distribute bread every week. We kindly ask you to join us in this bread sharing mission! Next to a road where cars sped by, there was a small, unnoticed path.As we walked down that path, we found piles of trash and the stench of stagnant water filling the air.

Then, the smell of a warm meal—lovingly prepared with a local church—began to spread.One by one, hungry children, drug addicts, and homeless people with disabilities started to emerge from the woods.

To lives that had long given up even the faintest hope,we wondered—what difference could a single meal make?

But there, we witnessed God’s dream.We saw His heart to find them, feed them, heal them, and restore them—to one day raise them up as worshippers.

We want to deliver the gospel in a small piece of bread.A gospel that will light up the darkness within them,and give them hope to take one step at a time, moving forward once again.

The homeless village located in Santa Cruz is land provided by the government for people with disabilities, the homeless, drug addicts, and the poor. However, since they are not allowed to build houses using cement or stones, most of them live on the bare ground or under tents tied to trees.

The people here live in fear and hunger, constantly on guard against one another.

Lit On is fully supporting the missionary who began ministry in this village, with the hope of transforming the community.

What started as a ministry providing one meal a month through Lit On has now grown into a weekly meal and bread-sharing ministry. Most importantly, the ministry of the Word has begun.

A local pastor and his wife have moved into the village, planted a church, and are preaching the gospel to the people. Lit On is supporting the residents of this village, praying and preparing for lives to be transformed through an encounter with the Lord.
